Ok, the big question: What do you want your summer to be like as a mom also running a business?

I’d love to pull back a lot from work this summer and focus as much as I can on family/kid time. I’m not too worried about putting my business on the back burner.

I’d love a good balance - keep up a business presence without sacrificing vacations, pool days and lazy mornings on the couch.

I’d love to keep things pretty consistent but with more flexibility to plan around family stuff.

I’d love for summer to be a period of growth for my business while having childcare support or creative ways to keep my kids occupied.

So, how are you feeling about the way your business is currently running? Like your systems & processes & back office stuff.

Um, what systems? I'm just trying to keep up day-to-day

I have some basic things in place but they take up a lot of my time

I have good systems but they need could some summer-specific tweaks
